WHAT IS GENERAL HEALTH?
Health is a state of well-being that can be viewed subjectively (when the human is acceptable in its general state in which it is) or objective (when there are no diseases or harmful factors)

HOW WE CAN HAVE A GOOD HEALTH?

To be in good health you have to follow some guidelines.
Here are some of the most important:
1-Have a balanced diet: having balanced diet is essential to have good health in addition to this we can avoid many types of diseases.
2-Exercise: exercising two hours a week only, already helps us avoid many types of cardiovascular disease.
3-Sleep: sleep, is very important as it is when the body regenerates and rests. It also helps the nervous system.
4-Have good hygiene: this can avoid many infections
5-Have a good mental attitude, avoiding stress.
